At the weekend Me and Mark went for a play at the white water centre in Nottingham . I had named the session Loop fest 010 (pronounced: loop fest oh 10) I named it this because looping is my favourite freestyle move (one in a very small repertoire) and I wanted to do lots of them. And the oh 10, because much to my girlfriend's annoyance, I had decided that it naturally followed that if a loop fest in 2009 would be loop fest 09 then a loop fest in 2010 should be loop fest 010.
It was a great session, we had great weather and lots of fun and many enjoyable loops.
Lost property is now looking forward to a 3 Star White Water kayak Assessment on the 19th May (still got spaces email lostpropertycoaching@hotmail.com) and a Trip to France, Watch this Space for all the info.
